POLICIES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Booking is simple! You can easily reserve your DUO classes through the DUO App (available on iOS & Android) or directly via the MindBody App. 

To provide you with the most up-to-date options, all detailed information on our class schedules, drop-in rates, class packages, and best-value memberships is available inside the DUO App. (available in both iOS & Android).  

You must cancel at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Cancellations made within six (6) hours of class will incur the following penalty:

• Credit Passes & Limited Memberships: Credit will be FORFEITED.
• Unlimited Memberships: A $5 Late Cancellation Fee per occurrence.

Failure to attend the class will be tagged as a "NO-SHOW". 

“NO SHOWS” will incur the following penalties:

• Credit Passes & Limited Memberships: Credit will be FORFEITED.
• Unlimited Memberships: A $10 No Show Fee per occurrence.

Our doors open 10 minutes before class, but for the respect and focus of all students, doors will be locked 5 minutes after the class start time. If you arrive late, you will be tagged as a "NO-SHOW" and will unfortunately not be allowed entry. 

A No Show will also result to the following penalties:

• Credit Passes & Limited Memberships: Credit is FORFEITED.
• Unlimited Memberships: A $10 No Show Fee per class.

Please plan to arrive earlier or within the 5-minute grace period! 

When a spot opens, the system automatically adds the next person from the waitlist to the roster. You’ll be notified through the DUO App. 

Make sure to turn on notifications so you can see when you’re moved into the class and cancel in time (if needed). If you are added and do not attend (or fail to cancel in time), cancellation / no-show penalties will be enforced.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our students, only clients with a reserved spot in the class will be allowed entry into the studio during session times. This allows us to maintain a calm, unobstructed atmosphere for everyone on the mat.

Bring your enthusiasm and comfortable activewear! We require grip socks & towels for safety and hygiene (we also sell DUO grip socks & towels in the studio in cased you forget yours). Towels are mandatory. We also recommend bringing water. Mats and all other necessary equipment are provided by the studio. 

We love seeing our community grow! Minors aged 12 and up are welcome to purchase a class credit and join our Non-Heated Classes. For safety and guidance, a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. The minor must be accompanied by an adult participating in the same class with their own purchased credit. 

Heated Mat Pilates classes are strictly reserved for ages 18+. 

You'll find a free parking structure conveniently located right next to our studio. 

The structure opens at 6:00 AM, you can park in the street for your 5:15am classes .

Due to the city scheduled street sweeping, parking for 5:15 am classes are as follows:

• Monday & Thursday - park behind Pana's for your 5:15 am class.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - street parking near the studio is available for your 5:15 am class.
